Here at Hair 1 Direct we make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, we reserve the right, if an error in the pricing of a product is found to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment. If it is the case that you need to be refunded any over charge we will do so as soon as possible. The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime. We reserve the right to alter the pricing of products without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue the availability of any Products at any time at our own discretion. If it is the case that an order is cancelled we will refund the customer the whole amount.
Your Order
Every time that you place an order with us you will receive an automated email from us to confirm your order has been received. Your order constitutes on offers made to us to packing the goods specified in the order.
Prices displayed on Hair 1 Direct are in UK Sterling. Please note that both charges and refunds are UK sterling. If you are ordering form outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will charge your account your local currency at the current rate.
Hair 1 Direct holds the right to delay or in some cases refuse orders when transactions contain incomplete or incorrect details, or if it is the case that the details cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected.
If it is the case that we are unable to rectify these details or resolve the issue concerning your details a full refund will be made to the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund will be given, nor will it be the case that we will refund to a different card or a third party.

What if I can’t find the Product that I’m after?
Unfortunately, there will be some occasions when products will be temporarily out of stock, or may be removed altogether from the site if it happens that the product is discontinued. We suggest that you regularly check the site to see if the product comes back into stock.
