All of these elements are important when it comes to keeping your hair hydrated and giving your hair nourishment. The Avocado will also help to smooth and strengthen the hair. Another great way of ensuring that you do not loose moisture from your hair is by using a leave-in conditioner. This will help contain moisture in the hair by creating a protective layer over the cuticle; this will help retain moisture and help protect your hair against heated appliances.
